A major new housing development is set to be constructed at a site in Epsom following the decision by the local council to give the go ahead to the Plans.
This development will be made up of high rise tower blocks of varying sizes. There will be a total of five constructed, with the highest being 12 storeys and the lowest eight storeys. When the project has been completed, it will provide Epsom with over 450 new homes at a time when they are urgently needed.
The site that has been set aside in readiness is on East Street and is currently occupied by a former gasworks called SGN. All the buildings connected with this are due to be knocked down so the tower blocks can be put up in their place.
When housing developers have new properties for sale or rent in Epsom, brochure printing can be useful. Glossy Brochures containing colour pictures of the homes are well received by interested parties.
In addition to the five tower blocks, this development is set to include a range of other amenities. There will be an open garden area for use by the public, buildings for educational usage and a centre for performing arts.
The homes that are constructed will vary in size, from three bedrooms to one bedroom. 46 of them will be social rent.
