The Walk4Wards trek was put together for the first time in 2019, to raise cash for Epsom and St Helier Hospitals, and it managed to bring in an impressive £29,000 thanks to over 200 local people taking part. Now it is set to happen again this year and those who decide to register for it will be committing to a walk of eight miles across the borough.
The 2020 event will be getting underway from Epsom Hospital and the route will see walkers head through the town before heading on to Nonsuch Park and the High Street in Sutton, with the finishing post being St Helier Hospital.
People sometimes make use of local banner printing services so that they can hold up Banners to support charity walkers. Speaking to the Surrey Comet, the chief executive of Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity, Daniel Elkeles, said that the success of the 2019 walk led them to decide to make it a regular event, before adding:
“Whatever your reason for taking part, we hope lots of people can join us for the return of Walk4Wards in 2020.”
The walk will be held on 29th March.Get a Free Quote for Banners
