Boxer from Epsom secures another win

A boxer who lives in Epsom and is in the early stages of his professional career has continued his sparkling start by securing another important win in the ring.

Daniel Morley is aged 21 and the fight was just his third since turning pro, but it saw him maintain his undefeated run since making the move. He was up against a genuine veteran of the ring in Naheem Chaudhry, but he proved too potent for the Lancastrian on the night, and the win may be his most impressive so far.

Going into the fight, Chaudhry had not been knocked down in his previous 31 bouts, but the judges awarded Morley the win by a score of 40-35. Flyer printing is often used by organisers of local sporting events to promote them to the public.

Speaking to a reporter from the Surrey Comet in the aftermath of the super lightweight bout, Morley went on to state:

“I think the longer fights will suit me better. These opponents are tough, but by the end of the fourth they are just holding on trying to survive, with an extra two rounds I’ll be able to get them out of there.”

The fight was held on 3rd November in London at Bethnal Green’s York Hall.
