A band dedicated to playing the music of a classic rock band is coming to entertain Southampton this summer.
Fans of hard rock from Botley Green to Hedge End in Southampton will soon get to see a faithful recreation of the legendary Whitesnake’s live performances. Acclaimed tribute act Whitesnake UK are a British band who perform a full complement of tracks from the London rock group that was led by former Deep Purple member David Coverdale. While Whitesnake were originally assembled as a backing band for Coverdale, they soon earned recognition as their own entity.
From original artists to tribute acts, musicians of every genre often use professional poster printing services to create attractive advertisements for their gigs and concerts.
On Friday, August 19, Whitesnake UK will play live on stage at Southampton’s acclaimed Engine Rooms based at West Quay Road Industrial Estate on West Quay Road. The band will be backed by on the night by another popular rock tribute, Total Thunder, and the show will run from 8:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
Whitesnake UK comprises professional musicians with an extensive record of performing. Tim Read leads the band, taking on the role of Coverdale, and has played with bands like Syked and Chrome Molly. Furthermore, he has toured Europe with the world-famous Alice Cooper, among other renowned artists.
