A major convention dedicated to collectables and comics will be held in Eastleigh in autumn.
Eastleigh residents with a passion for science fiction, cult TV, superheroes, graphic novels and games won’t want to miss an upcoming event coming to town in early November. In association with organiser Creed Conventions, Places Leisure Eastleigh is presenting the Southampton Comic Con 2025 for one day only and is inviting families and fans of comic Books to come down for six-hour extravaganza.
Event organisers hosting comic conventions often enlist the expertise of Graphic Design Services to set branded artwork and typography for gift Bags, Posters and Flyers for promotional purposes.
The 2025 edition of the convention has big stars booked to attend. Former Doctor Who from 87 to 89 Sylvester McCoy will be onsite along with the irrepressible Brian Blessed, best-known as King Vultan, ruler of the Hawkmen in the 1980 cult classic “Flash Gordon”.
Attendees can dress up in costume as characters to compete in the cosplay competition, browse stalls run by traders in TV and movie memorabilia or get pictures taken in front of props from much-loved media.
The Southampton Comic Con 2025 will now be at Places Leisure Eastleigh on Saturday, November 8. Admission to the event is available priced from £6.23 and the leisure centre is located on Passfield Avenue in Eastleigh.
