The winter edition of the Managers Development Day is Partners in Caring Training’s (PaCT) showcase and will be hosted by Hedge End for 2019.
The showcase will offer attendees the chance to meet the PaCT team and explore the training opportunities on offer for 2020. Areas covered will include a look at the multiple benefits of ‘Recruiting for Values’ and exploring the brand new leadership offer design for next year. Development and support will be offered to aspiring leaders in the healthcare sector, along with separate training workshops for existing managers to enhance and sharpen their skills.
From short courses and taster sessions, to comprehensive programmes developed to “train the trainer”, there are schemes designed for all entry levels. The showcase will be held at King’s Community Church on Upper Northam Road in Hedge End Southampton and includes a network “marketplace”.
Development and training days that showcase opportunities and teach techniques can be an effective way to meet like-minded professionals in the same field and exchange Business Cards.
The showcase will also be joined by Connect to Support Hampshire, Southern Health, Skills for Care and the award-winning technology for care services company, Argenti. Tickets must be booked before midnight on November 22, and early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
The single-day event will take place between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm on Thursday, December 5.
