Hedge End to host festival market
As part of an upcoming summer festival, a local park in Hedge End, Southampton has been selected to present a market selling hand-made products.
This coming June, Hedge End will be taking part in the Unwrapped Festival, holding a special craft and gift market at Greta Park. The event will feature street theatre performers, hair braiding, face painting, live entertainers and stands and stalls stocked with hand-crafted items available for purchase.
There will also be a selection of high-quality food trucks serving a range of options present.
Sellers at fetes, fairs and festivals often bring a supply of professional business cards with them to issue to customers, encouraging future trade.
The weekend festival features live performances and activities, and will be in Eastleigh town centre for one day before moving to Hedge End.
The Unwrapped Festival focuses on health, wellbeing, creativity and engagement in the borough, and aims to interact with as many residents in the area as possible.
The Craft and Gift Market will take place at the Unwrapped Festival at Greta Park on Sunday, June 9. The park can be found in Hedge End, Southampton, and the market will open at 11am, and draw to a close at 5pm.
