Hedge End music fans to hear UK rock

A renowned rock pop band from Britain will soon be playing live in Southampton as part of a nationwide tour.

From Botley Green to Hedge End, Southampton fans of UK rockers McFly are in for a treat this Autumn. For one night only, the British band will be storming the stage of the O2 Guildhall to celebrate their seventh album and introduce audiences to their latest material.

Dubbed “Power To Play” the new studio recording finds the group on fine form, playing guitar-driven songs with the catchy pop melodies that have made them a household name. The album is a tribute to McFly’s love of rock music and features a wide range of Forms, from glam and heavy metal to punk and hardcore.

The band features Dougie Poynter, Harry Judd, Danny Jones, and Tom Fletcher, who formed in London 2003 and were successfully signed to Island Records before forming a label of their own called Super Records in 2007. Record labels often hire Graphic Design Services to set artwork for album covers of renowned artists like McFly. The name McFly is derived from Michael J Fox’s character Marty McFly in the 1985 Robert Zemeckis science fiction classic “Back to the Future”.

McFly will now perform live at the O2 Guildhall on Sunday, October 29. The major venue is situated on West Marlands Road in Southampton, and the concert is set to last from 7pm until 11pm.
