Hedge End hardcore fans to enjoy US legend

A renowned alternative rock musician renowned for his involvement in the American hardcore scene is set to play in Southampton this summer.

The legendary guitarist, singer and songwriter Bob Mould is coming to Southampton, allowing music fans from Hedge End and other areas to see him perform live in concert. Live music venues of all shapes and sizes, from national stadiums to local theatres, often rely on professional printings services to create promotional poster and flyers advertising attractions.

Born Robert Arthur Mould, the world-famous US musician gained recognition playing guitar and singing in the 1980s with cult alt-rock band Hüsker Dü. By the 1990s, Mould had relaunched himself as the frontman in Sugar and released the classic pop punk album Copper Blue to critical acclaim.

The artist is also known for co-founding the Singles Only Label with Steve Fallon of Coyote Records. The record label released singles from numerous bands and artists, including Moby, Morphine, Mojo Nixon and Grant Lee Buffalo.

Those attending can expect to hear hits from Mould’s lengthy career like “Helpless”, “Hoover Dam” and “Sunspots”.

Bob Mould will give a solo performance at the Engine Rooms on the West Quay Road Industrial Estate, off West Quay Road in Southampton on Monday, June 13. The show will start at 7 pm, and tickets are priced at £23 per person.
