California rockers come to Hedge End area
A famous band from California have confirmed an October concert in Southampton.
Country rock fans from Hedge End and other areas in Southampton will finally get the chance to see the US band Counting Crows perform live as they take the stage at the acclaimed O2 Guildhall. After multiple delays and cancelled shows due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the band will now play a full concert for Southampton this October.
Live music venues that need to inform members of the public and ticket buyers of cancelled and rescheduled shows sometimes use professional poster printing services to create branded notices.
The concert is part of a new tour to promote the band’s eighth and latest studio recording, a four-track EP entitled “Butter Miracle”. Released in spring last year, the recording was described by music press giant Rolling Stone as bridging a gap between legendary musical groups Mott the Hoople and The Band.
Fans of Counting Crows purchasing tickets for the upcoming show in Southampton will enjoy the opportunity of seeing classics played by the band from their extensive back catalogue. Tracks on the night might include “Mr. Jones”, “Mrs. Potter’s Lullaby”, “Raining in Baltimore”, “Accidentally in Love” and “Anna Begins”.
Counting Crows will be performing live in concert at Southampton’s O2 Guildhall on West Marland’s Road on Sunday, October 16.
