New sponsors secured by Chesterfield FC

Chesterfield FC has started its preparations for next season already, after announcing that it has agreed a new sponsorship deal to start from the new league season.

The team will take to the field in a redesigned strip next season, which will be emblazoned with the name of Technique Learning, after the club signed a contract for shirt sponsorship that will last for the next two years. This company provides industry standard training for working with refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical equipment and has its main base in the Wingerworth district of Chesterfield.

Commercial manager for Chesterfield FC, Jim Brown, stated when the news was announced that he wanted to thank GF Tomlinson, the firm that was the club’s previous shirt sponsor, as well as to welcome the new choice. Football clubs have the option of using local printing services for match day programmes and other materials.

Mark Crook, the managing director for Technique Learning, told the Derbyshire Times that the town is one that has played a key role in the history of the firm, adding:

“It is the place where we were established, where we grew and most importantly it is the place we are proud to call our home and the sponsorship of the club emphasises this.”

Next season’s home strip will remain blue and white, with a red away strip.
