This project will be a cul-de-sac consisting of a total of nine houses, and the location that has been chosen for it is Whitebank Close, Hasland. Chesterfield Borough Council had given the nod to proposals put forward by the previous owners of the site two years ago, but after Arncliffe Homes Ltd purchased it from them, the homebuilder opted to make changes to the Plans and re-submit them.
The finished project will be made up of a mix of five, four and three-bedroom houses, with some of these being two-storey homes and others being dormer and detached bungalows. Chesterfield graphic design outlets can help housing developers create images of planned housing projects like this.
Chesterfield Borough Council’s planning committee approved the Plans at a recent meeting, and, according to the Derbyshire Times, Paul Staniforth from the local authority said during it that the revised Plans were very similar:
“It’s the same road layout, the same off-site highway works, the same principle regarding the scaling of buildings either side of the proposed cul-de-sac, which is to be an adopted highway.”
One key differences is that the revised Plans will see the homes built in a style that is more traditional.
