Chesterfield to host nostalgic nightlife event

A special evening celebrating Chesterfield in the 1990s is set to take place next month and organisers have announced that more than a third of tickets have already been snapped up.

This nostalgic event has been organised to coincide with the publication of a new book called ‘The Dirty Stop Out’s Guide to 1990s Chesterfield.’ This book was written by Neil Anderson, a local author who has previously published Books about earlier decades in the town. The book takes a light-hearted look back at the Chesterfield clubs and pubs that were popular during the 1990s.

Some of the iconic venues that will be honoured include Xanadu and the Bradbury Club and people who lived through the decade will be able to wallow in the music that made it, while curious younger residents can find out what the fuss is all about.

Printing services in Chesterfield that offer Graphic Design Services can create attractive promotional Posters for events like this. Speaking to the Derbyshire Times, Anderson explained:

“The nightscene was very strong in the 1990s in Chesterfield. The success of the sprawling Bradbury Club transformed the after dark scene of Brampton in the era whilst Xanadu was a big hit in the town centre.”

This 1990s nostalgia night will take place on 13th December, with the venue being Real Time Live.
