Mixed-use development in Camden takes shape
Progress on a mixed-use block in Camden is being made. Flagship Spaces, which is part of the Steyn Group, will run the office solutions on completion of the block.
Meanwhile, Murphy & Sons shall continue with the £18.5 million project. Bruce Good is the managing director of Flagship Spaces. He understands that typical patterns of working are changing, and he told PBC Today:

Bryan McNamee is a building director at Murphy & Sons. He says that he is positive about the location of the venture in Camden, and while he is conscious of the challenges ahead, he is confident that his firm can deliver a positive finish.
As the partnership has enabled practical work to begin already, there is an optimism about the prospects of the block. The hope is that everything will be done before the autumn of 2022.
