Iconic rock band announces Camden shows
One of the longest running rock bands in the UK will be embarking on a brand new tour next year, and they have confirmed two appearances at a venue in Camden as part of it.
The Sisters of Mercy will perform two headline gigs at premier Camden music venue The Roundhouse. This will be one of the stop-offs on their 2025 tour, which has been named All Wires Red. It will follow on from the US tour that the goth rockers have planned for the autumn of this year.
They are one of the longest lasting groups that this country has produced. The Sisters of Mercy were formed back in 1980 and have a loyal fan base that has stuck with them over the years. What makes that more remarkable is that they have not released a new album since 1990.
It was due to a falling out with their record label, but even after this was resolved, the band never returned to recording. Instead they continued to play new songs on a live basis only.
Many of those songs will feature in these Camden shows and their fans will be eager for tickets. Live music venues often make use of flyer printing outlets in the locale to help promote shows and ensure good attendances.
They will play the Roundhouse on 25th and 26th May.
