Camden gets ready to rock

The veteran English rock band New Model Army is currently on tour, and is due to play Camden plus support in mid-May.

The outfit got together in Bradford as a threesome, including singer-songwriter Justin Sullivan, in 1980, influenced by their passions for Northern Soul and Punk Rock. Now, as they enter decade number five, they show no indication of easing up.

Indeed, the band has been promoting their 16th album 'Unbroken', which they began work on in 2021. It was mixed by the highly respected Tchad Blake and came out in January this year.

Heavy guitars and powerful vocals are combined with their characteristic drum and base sounds. 'Unbroken' is manifestly a New Model Army album; however, it differs in that it reflects much of our changing world, as well as developments in the lives of the band members.

They previously released 'Sinfonia' in September 2023, a live double album. This one-off concert involved the Leipzig Orchestra and was recorded in Berlin's Tempodrom.

The support will be provided by Ned's Atomic Dustbin.

Tickets range in price from £32.50 to £37.50. Print shops can offer a wide range of products that can be utilised by those engaged in the promotion of a concert or musical event.

New Model Army's gig has a starting time of 7.00pm on Saturday, 11 May at The Roundhouse, Camden.
