Saskatoon museum offers special Halloween program

A ghost has taken up residence at Saskatoon’s Western Development Museum, but there's no need to fear, as he’s a friendly spirit who just wants to have fun.

The museum is playing host to a visit from Buster the ghost, and he will be the centerpiece for Spooky Stroll, which will be an assortment of activities planned for kids from ages 5 to 12. The program encourages the institution’s younger guests to explore all it has on offer, and it is included with the standard admission fee.

The families that come out can have their photos taken at the selfie station, and everyone is reminded to keep their eyes peeled for Buster’s 13 ghost babies who will be hidden in various locations throughout the galleries. The kids are encouraged to wear a costume, and parents with questions about the event are asked to call 1-306-931-1910.

To help make sure the children who visit the museum keep on learning and having fun at home, candy and colouring sheets will be distributed to them before they leave. Copying and other printing services for this sort of special occasion can be sourced from area printers.

The Western Development Museum will be bringing this spooky program to local kids from October 28th to October 31st. It will wrap up at 5:00 pm each day.
