Woodstock will once again be hosting one of its most popular public events.
Summer Streetfest will see more than 175 vendors and at least 30 live entertainment acts take part in the celebration. Three stages will be set up for the performers, and some will also be strolling through the crowd and engaging with the public as they go. It is expected that more than 30,000 people will come out to enjoy the fun.
Applications from vendors are still being accepted. Food vendors, artisans and crafters, not-for-profit groups, and those who represent a for-profit group but don’t plan on selling to the public during the event, are all welcome to apply. There are different fee levels attached to each type, and those interested can request further details before receiving the application that best fits their particular situation.
The event will take place from August 4 until August 7 on Dundas Street, which will be closed off for the festivities. Those who come out will be able to find parking in one of the many designated spaces that can be found throughout the downtown area. Marketing services can be utilized to promote events like this throughout the local area, which can help to make them as successful as possible.
