The event features over 200 vendor tables, offering automotive parts and accessories. There will also be car-related memorabilia. These can include Brochures, Signs, die cast cars and trucks, and other Promotional Products used to advertise automotive brands and gas stations. There will also be a lunch counter open for refreshments. The tables will spread across two buildings, with plenty of opportunity to meet and talk to vendors and other automotive enthusiasts. Marketing material describes the market as:
“a must attend event if you are an Automotive enthusiast.”
Attendance costs will fall throughout the day to entice more people to come in the afternoon. Parking will be free, as will attendance for children under 12 accompanied by an adult. This will be the first edition of the Flea Market since July of 2024. Past editions have included vendors like B. Fritshaw Antiques as well as a Kids Zone with toys and activities for young visitors. The marketplace is hosted by Ontario Collectible Shows, which holds similar events in a variety of different hobby fields throughout the province.
The winter 2025 Woodstock Auto Flea Market will take place at the Auditorium Building of the Woodstock Fairgrounds & Agricultural Society on January 12.
