The market will feature dozens of businesses from throughout the Oxford region, with names including Hometown Style Boutique, Jakeman’s Maple Products, Little Classic Baby Shop, and The Nutty Bavarian. The event will also feature an Upper Thames Beer Garden where adult attendees can sample the best of local craft breweries as well as an area for food and non-alcoholic drink. There will also be live music and entertainment. Event organizer Kirsten Young promises a “fresh new direction” for this year’s market:
“Unlike any other vendor show in our area, this is exclusively Oxford County businesses. Let’s support and celebrate the people from our home who are dedicated to sharing their magic and using it to build our community.”
Organizer stalls will be set up in a grid with a central “Boulevard of Hearts” running through the area. Markets such as this provide opportunity for local business owners to interact directly with the community, often using business card printing and other promotional items to make a lasting connection. The Heart of Oxford Experience this year is sponsored by Community Futures Oxford and Kynd Beauty Spa.
The 2023 Heart of Oxford Experience will take place on November 4 at the Oxford Auditorium in Woodstock.
