Goodlife Fitness recently announced that
it will be combining its two existing facilities into one larger one, which will be located on Dundas Street in the site formerly occupied by the Zellers department store.
The new gym is expected to cover a floor space of more than 34,000 square feet, with a women’s only section of 2,000 square feet. It will offer such activities as hot yoga, strength and cardio training equipment, a studio for group cycling and also a health centre that will incorporate both a hot tub and the services of a massage therapist.
