A miniature train exhibition and trade show is making its way to the city of Woodstock.
The model train show is a combined trade fair and exhibition for professional and amateur collectors of miniature railways. The Oxford Auditorium will host more than 130 vendors, drawing hobbyists who work with full train sets, small-scale locomotives, controllers, passenger and freight cars, track systems and handcrafted infrastructure. Collectors can expect a wide range of pieces, from functional components to detailed displays.
The Woodstock model train show event is family friendly, with diorama layouts featuring operating trains and stations that demonstrate the precision and artistry behind the miniature train hobby. The miniature train maquettes will operate throughout the day. Vendors will also offer photographs, videos and railway memorabilia for visitors interested in taking home a small reminder of the exhibit.
The Oxford Auditorium’s lunch counter will be open for on-site food cash purchases throughout the day. The host offers free parking for visitors travelling from anywhere in Ontario.
