The 21st annual Business Awards of Excellence is taking place in Woodstock early next month. The event is a presentation of the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce.
There will be awards handed out in eight categories, as well as a President’s Award. The categories include Outstanding New Business, Young Entrepreneur/Professional of the Year (40 years or younger), Community Involvement, Energy Conservation and Innovation and Professional Services of the Year.
The evening will start off with a cocktail hour that will feature a martini bar. Guests will no doubt have the opportunity to mingle with some of the award finalists, as well as have the opportunity to briefly discuss business with their peers. This will be followed by dinner and the awards presentations.
This is a major networking event for the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce and many of those planning to attend will likely be placing a new business card printing order with their local printing company. They will want to ensure that their contact information is up-to-date and correct and that they have enough cards to exchange with their peers.
