Winter to be celebrated in Ontario

Families from across Mississauga, Ontario are expected to attend the Winter Skate Party when it takes place in the area next month.

The event gives families the perfect opportunity to spend quality time together enjoying some winter fun. The event offers people the chance to enjoy a family-friendly afternoon out while enjoying a variety of activities and a range of foods. Flyer printing may have been used to promote the activity day to members of the community.

The event is being presented by the Royal Bank of Canada. As part of this fun day, people will be able to pretend they are Van Gogh and add paint and color to giant ice canvases. There will also be the opportunity to build a winter wonderland of igloos, ice creatures, and castles using playground blocks. There will be a family menu available for visitors to select foods from and sweet treats will be available from some of the businesses which are taking part.

Skating on the day is weather and ice permitting but updates will be posted on the MCSevents web page and the Mississauga Celebration Square Facebook profile.

The afternoon is free and everyone is invited to attend. The Winter Skate Party will be taking place on Monday February 18th from 12pm to 4pm at the Mississauga Celebration Square located in Mississauga, Ontario.
