Exhibitors at Print World 2012 reported phenomenal sales and reported that it was one of the best exhibits ever. Held in Toronto from November 17 - 20th at Direct Energy Centre Exhibition Centre, Print World welcomed vendors and printing services industry specialists from all over the country to its yearly convention. Print World experienced a strong turnout from companies based in Mississauga, Toronto, and the rest of the GTA.
Vendors reported more sales in Stationery printers and other equipment, such as binding and laminating systems and proofing solutions. A few vendors from various niche markets within the printing industry who had missed previous Print World shows enjoyed a large number of spectators at high-traffic booths. Various tweets online suggested that Print World 2012 in Toronto was not only highly successful, but one of the best and most enjoyable exhibits ever.
There were interactive elements at several of the exhibits and displays, and organizers noted that all of the speaker sessions were very well attended. Volunteers had an important role in ensuring Print World 2012’s success. The yearly event was organized by professional trade show organizer North Island Publishing and featured book, digital, equipment, and electronic vendors related to the printing services industry.
