In mid-August, Mississauga will welcome a community event that will put Italian-Canadian food, music and culture front and centre.
Italiafest, which bills itself as being the city's first and best Italian festival, is considered to be one of the top 100 functions of its kind in the province. Last year, it broke its attendance records, and its organizers are hoping that 2023 will see that happen once again.
The two days will be filled with food and fun for people of all ages and interests, and admission will be free. Everyone can shop from the vendor tables set up in the “mercato” area. Both local and international talent will take to the stage, and for those wanting a more immersive experience, there will be a VIP pass option available. These start at $30.00 each, and they may be reserved ahead of time.
A cultural festival can benefit from using the services of a company that prepares customized event materials. Such a company will be happy to utilize banner printing and other techniques to prepare everything from flags to Signs, and many of these may be used more than once.
This year’s Mississauga Italiafest will be bringing a taste of Italy to the city on August 11th and 12th. Mississauga‘s Celebration Square will be the location for all the festivities.
