Mississauga conference to focus on brain injuries

The Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton (BIAPH) will be offering an educational conference in Mississauga in October.

The conference is intended for clinicians, case managers, social workers, nurses, physicians and others who work in the healthcare field and aims to assist in developing skills when dealing with brain injury patients as well as details on funding for treatments and other programming.

A variety of industry experts have been lined up to present at the event, and these presenters include experts such as legal professionals, therapists and insurance adjusters. The topics that have been included on the agenda explore the issues discussed from a multidisciplinary approach, and the tips shared will be both practical and actionable in the real world.

The organizers of this conference have explained that sponsorships from local companies are available. These can be a valuable opportunity for organizations to connect with potential customers. In preparation for such events, companies can turn to a business card printing company to provide quality cards that will make it a snap for company representatives to share their contact details.

The Health Advocates Education Conference was originally scheduled for April but has now been moved to October 28th. There are still spaces available to reserve. The event will be on offer at The Hilton Conference Centre in Mississauga.
