The Mode Show, which has come to be an important event for the Mississauga area fashion industry, takes place twice a year, and a date has been set for this summer.
This event, which is the largest of its kind in Canada, is intended for those who work in the retail trade. The function is not open to the general public, as it will be a business-to-business function, and each attendee will need to show at least two pieces of corporate ID, which will be checked at the door. Nursing infants will be granted entry so long as they are in an appropriate backpack carrier.
Those who attend will be able to learn about some of the latest industry trends, and clothing, accessories and other Apparel will be on offer at wholesale prices. Anyone who has questions about the function is asked to contact the organizers by email.
An industry-specific occasion like this gives suppliers and retailers an opportunity to connect. Many of the attendees of such an event will have Business Cards on hand so to take full advantage of the chance to network and purchase new stock for their own business.
The Mode Show will be returning to the International Centre in Mississauga on August 10th. It is anticipated that it will be a popular event, and the doors are set to open at 9:00 am.
