Mississauga career fair to focus on security and first responders

A career fair is to take place in Mississauga next month and is being designed to target those wishing to pursue careers in security, firefighting or law enforcement.

The International Centre will be the venue for the expo and it will include a number of presentations, displays and exhibitor tables as well as presenting attendees with a chance to do some networking. Mentoring round tables are also on the agenda, and these will give the delegates an opportunity to meet one on one with recruiters and other industry experts.

Several different companies and sectors will be represented during the event, including firefighting and police services from across the province. Attendees will be able to learn more about their chosen career, meet others who already work in the field or considering doing so and find out what it takes to be hired.

Area brochure printing companies can be counted upon to supply a wide assortment of promotional materials for companies or organizations looking to take part in events like this.

The 2019 Security, Police and Fire Career Expo is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 7th, and a full expo pass can be purchased for $65.00. More information about the event can be found at its website, including a list of speakers, sponsors and the agenda for the day.
