Mississauga is home to a thriving community of small businesses, and the Clarkson Village BIA has an event in the works that will offer the chance to build and strengthen connections between these companies.
The Morning Mix and Mingle event will be taking place this September at the Walden Circle Retirement Community. It will provide an environment that is conducive to networking, and while it is open to all who are interested, those who are not members of the BIA will be asked to pay an entry fee of $5.00.
While the attendees enjoy the light refreshments supplied by the venue, they will be able to get to know one another. It will then be time for a presentation by the guest speaker, Workplace Safety and Prevention Services’ Stella Nicastro-Greenough. She will be speaking on the topic “a road map to simple safety solutions”, discussing a variety of simple ways to make workplaces safer and sharing tips, ideas and resources with the group.
An event where networking will take place often calls for the use of Business Cards. A business card printing company will have styles on offer that range from contemporary and classic to completely outside the box.
The Clarkson Village BIA Mix and Mingle is scheduled for September 11th. It will begin at 9:00 am at the Walden Circle Retirement Community.
