The Abilities Expo has a long history of connecting those who live with physical, cognitive and other challenges with products and services that can help them to live their best life, and it will be returning to Mississauga later this year.
This annual Mississauga event will bring together a huge variety of vendors, service providers and other community supports with local people who can make good use of them. It’s aimed at any age, and everyone is encouraged to attend.
Along with a chance to browse through a variety of booths and displays, attendees will be able to test drive some of the latest in assistive technology. They can try out adaptive sports, go for a spin on the dance floor, or sit in on a workshop. Admission is free, and registration is now open.
By hosting an expo that will bring a wide selection of supports together all under one roof, this sort of function can provide a valuable service to the community. The vendors and organizations taking part may wish to visit a business card printing company ahead of time so they can have cards and other marketing materials at the ready.
The dates for this year’s Abilities Expo will be October 3rd, 4th and 5th. It will be held in Hall 5 of the International Centre in Mississauga.
