The 22nd annual Mill Race Festival of Traditional Folk Music is taking place for three days this August in Cambridge.
There will be a wide variety of events scheduled, including folk music performances, dancing, workshops, and Morris dancing. In addition to several outdoor stages, concerts will also be held at the Mill Race Amphitheatre. Among the performers confirmed to appear at this year's festival are the Bilge Rats, Onion Honey, and Scantily Plaid.
A children's stage will feature entertainers like Crumbly the Clown and Turkey Rhubarb. The youth showcase will also highlight the next generation of folk artists.
In addition, there will be jam sessions at the Kiwi Pub and an open stage for those brave enough to share their music with the public.
Arts and crafts vendors will also be on hand and selling a variety of handmade items such as jewelry, decorations, and original paintings.
In order for people to keep track of what is happening each day, a printed program is available for purchase. Cambridge brochure printers are sometimes asked to provide items such as these, which serve both as a schedule and as a souvenir.
