This spring, children and adults alike are invited to pay a visit to the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory to spend some time with its resident insects.
The facility has organized a weekend of Easter themed activities. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the door, and parents are reminded to be ready to take lots of photos of all the fun.
Along with a chance to enjoy walking through the gardens and watching the free flying butterflies, the guests will be invited to colour a special Easter headband. The little ones can follow clues in a scavenger hunt, and everyone can meet and learn about a six-legged friend during the “Meet a Bug” sessions that will take place at various times throughout the day. Storytime sessions have also been planned, and the conservatory will be open from 10:00am to 5:00pm each day.
