The Waterloo Regional Police Service recently announced that it is on the lookout for some new members, and it has scheduled an event that will offer a sneak peek into the profession.
Anyone who is interested in a local law enforcement career is welcome to attend the Recruitment Event. It will be offered in person in Cambridge, and it will be filled with information that may be helpful to anyone considering submitting an application to the Service’s recruiters.
The attendees at the information session will hear from experienced police officers who serve in various roles. They will discuss their careers and offer tips for successfully making it through the recruitment process and their first year. Stories of attending the Ontario Police College will be shared with the attendees, and a question-and-answer period is also on the agenda.
