Cambridge construction industry offered training opportunity

Working with propane and natural gas comes with its own set of risks, and an upcoming Cambridge training course will help attendees to mitigate them.

BuildSafe Construction Safety Services will be running a combined course that will teach safe methods for handling propane and natural gas in the construction industry. It is approved by the TSSA, and it will cover several topics in its syllabus.

The learners in the course will be taught the properties of propane and what equipment to use when working with the material. They will discover how to make full use of the available safety features as well. During the natural gas portion of the training, the students will learn the laws that apply to its use and handling, and also how to safely use heaters and connect these to the gas meter.

This session will take place in person, and the fee is $225 per student. Handouts, manuals and other course materials for an educational class like this may be obtained from area printing services providers, along with promotional Pens and other items.

BuildSafe will be offering the Safe Propane Handling and Natural Gas for Construction training opportunity on March 18th. It will begin at 8:00 am, and the function will wrap up at 4:00 pm. More information and details about how to register can be found by visiting the company’s website.
