2020 certainly altered the business landscape for Cambridge companies, and its Chamber of Commerce wants to help them find ways of navigating this new normal.
The group will be offering an online workshop that will explore ways a company can develop and grow relationships with its customers, clients and other businesses, and it’s a presentation made possible by Cowan Insurance Group. The host explained that it may be beneficial to enterprises in almost any industry, and the facilitator for the activity will be Eric Higgans.
During the one hour long function, the attendees will discuss how they can begin building a customer base and build strong relationships with these clients. Maintaining their loyalty will be a priority, and there will also be tips shared for using existing patrons to generate new leads. As the workshop will take place virtually, it can be accessed from anywhere there's a Wi-Fi connection, and both Chamber members and non-members alike are welcome.
Hosting a learning opportunity gives business support organizations a way to continue to serve their memberships even when they can’t meet in person. Sending out seminar packages filled with items prepared by brochure printing companies will make it easier for the participants to learn, and these services can be obtained from area printers.
The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce will be hosting this Zoom-based activity on May 6th. Its website includes registration links and other details.
