One of its features will be an introduction to the practice of using Sharing Circles, and it was noted that all the participants will be treated with respect.

The day will begin at 9:30 am with half an hour of music and meditation, which will be held in the library’s Paul O’Regan Hall. after this, the public can stop by the 2nd floor Creative Studio, and here, they will find a variety of stations where they can give their creative muscled a workout.

Throughout the day, there will be free guided yoga sessions as well as Sharing Circles, and there will also be discussions, presentations and even a short film festival.
