Vancouver venue organizes sausage-making session

Enjoying sausage made from scratch can be a tasty affair, and thanks to a class on offer at a Vancouver venue, more people will be able to create some for themselves.

Luigi Bastone will serve as the culinary guide for a sausage-making class that will be held at the Italian Cultural Centre. It will be a small scale, hands-on session, and tickets start at $107.83.

During the class, Bastone will teach how to prepare both spicy and mild styles of Italian sausage. They will also be invited to sample seasoned pork loin and salami made by hand, and everyone will be able to take their culinary creations home with them when the session draws to a close. Everyone is asked to bring along a container to take their sausages home in, as well as an apron, and if they wish, they may also opt to bring along a bottle of wine so they can sip while they work.

A culinary class can be fun way to learn some new skills. Organizers can order Copies of recipe cards and other learning materials from area Stationery printers along with small, themed Promotional Products to distribute.

Luigi's Italian Salsiccia (Sausage) Making Class is set for February 17th. It will start at 5:00 pm at 3075 Slocan Street in Vancouver. Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
