Vancouver offers festive floral design class

While the weather outside the venue may be frightful, those who register for an upcoming Vancouver workshop will be treated to a delightful floral crafting experience.

The Garden Strathcona is set to host a class that will craft wreaths made by hand utilizing a variety of natural materials. The session will take place in a setting that will offer a taste of the tropics, and everyone will walk away with a piece of handmade holiday decor.

Forage & BLOOM’s Amanda will serve as the facilitator for the occasion, and the moss, succulents and other materials needed will be provided. The attendees will use wire wreath Forms for their project. Light refreshments, including cookies, mulled wine and tea, will be on offer courtesy of The Garden, and tickets for the activity start at $145.11. The function will take place on the venue’s second floor, and festive music will be playing.

In the lead up to the holiday season, many organizers are hosting workshops and other make and take style activities. Brochure printing companies can prepare everything from marketing Flyers to sheets of care instructions to distribute during a learning event.

This chance to take a break from the hectic pace of the winter holidays by taking part in crafting class will begin at 6:00 pm on December 4th. The location can be found at 868 East Hastings Street.
