Vancouver festival to celebrate communitys culinary side

This July, Vancouver will be putting its food and beverage service community in the spotlight by hosting Punchbowl, which has come to be a popular local activity.

The epicurious who attend the festivities will be able to sample a hinge assortment of spirits, ciders, beers and cocktails. These will be joined by a variety of food, and tickets for the celebration run from $30 to $55 each.

Punchbowl will include a curated list of at least 50 vendors, and more than 250 drinks and bites will be served. Music is on the agenda, and the affair will be relaxed and casual. The PNE Fairgrounds will be the location for the function, and its listing explained that a new addition is in the lineup.

This year, the culinary celebration will feature a Taco Fest and both afternoon and evening tastings are in the works. To thank them for coming out, each ticket holder will receive a tasting glass with a unique graphic design, and the price for each sample will depend on which one is chosen. There will be accessible parking and other accommodations so the function can be enjoyed by those who require a mobility device.

The annual Punchbowl festival will be bringing food, drinks, friends and fun to Vancouver on July 27th. Its website offers more information as well as an opportunity to purchase tickets.
