One of British Columbia’s iconic foods will be the star of the show for an upcoming culinary fundraiser to be held in in Vancouver.
The Chef’s Table Society of British Columbia will be putting the spot prawn front and centre at the 2024 Spot Prawn Festival, and there are three options on offer for the day. These include a free demonstration area, as well as ticketed meals times, and all ages are welcome to attend the demos and prawn bisque lunch.
Those who attend will be able to purchase a luncheon of prawn bisque served with a bun. There are four different sitting start times, and the soup and roll may be enjoyed on site or elsewhere. The Spot Prawn Festival Brunch will be for adults only, and this will feature at least six dishes. These will be paired with pours of beer and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and dessert.
