This July, a Vancouver eatery will be offering local shellfish lovers an opportunity to feast on some of their favorite treats fresh from the sea.
Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar is bringing back its summer Sunday Seafood Boil Series, and they will be on offer every Sunday afternoon from late June until August draws to a close.
The eatery will be providing just 24 communal-style seats for these popular evening meals. If the weather is co-operative ,they will be held outdoors on the establishment’s patio, and the food will have a flavour that is reminiscent of a traditional East Coast seafood boil.
When the ticket holders arrive for the event, they will be served a glass of sparkling wine before they take their seat. The meal will open with salad, and after this, the seafood feast will begin. Those not so keen on shellfish can enjoy the jalapeno jack cheese and bacon cornbread skillet, corn on the cob, and potatoes, as well as dessert.
