Vancouver’s foodies who would like to experience Spanish cuisine will soon be able to do so, and they will not even have to leave their own home town.
Second Floor Bistro has made plans to welcome area foodies for its Spanish Tapas experience, and it will be on offer in its new location. The learners will be working with an assortment of ingredients, many of which will be locally sourced, and the menu will include five courses.
The eatery’s Chef John will be leading the immersive class, and tickets to participate start at $109.96. This includes ticketing site fees and taxes. The participants will be invited to taste all of the dishes, and drinks may be purchased as well. The menu will open with gazpacho, and this will be followed by three other dishes, before rounding out with dessert. Everyone will receive plenty of culinary tips and advice they can put to use in their own kitchen.
Cooking is a popular hobby, and many home chefs appreciate the chance to add some new dishes to their personal repertoire. Recipe cards and other learning materials for a cookery class like this one can be crafted by a local brochure printing company.
This opportunity to learn tips and tricks for preparing tasty tapas will begin at 6:00 pm on January 5th. The venue can be found on the second floor of 2665 Renfrew Street.
