Local restaurants, wineries and breweries will be providing a taste of their best. In addition to the food and drink there will be live music, door prizes and a silent auction.
Guests will be asked to vote for the People’s Choice Awards for best food and best drink. The merchants are also judged by an official jury who award wineries gold, silver, bronze and honourable mention awards. Wineries may choose to add mention of this award to their next wine label. They can work with their Vancouver printing company to find a tasteful way to display the accolade.
There are so many excellent wineries in BC and Taste BC highlights quite a few of them.
Those who attend will also have the chance to experience the food of local restaurants that they might not have visited. It will be a tasteful way to spend a Tuesday night in downtown Vancouver. Your taste buds will love you and you will be helping to support an extremely important charity.
