Vancouver is set to celebrate the arrival of summer with a party held out on the water.
Pacific Yacht Charters is offering a cruise that will set sail for Indian Arm, and the passengers will be invited to celebrate the season.
Guests at the event will be able to choose from two floors of entertainment, which will be supplied by bands from the Vancouver and the surrounding area. The rooftop deck will also be open, and the attendees can relax with a drink, hit the dance floor, mingle with the crowd or just simply sit back and enjoy the views of the surrounding water and mountains.
More than 15 groups have been booked to perform, and three bars are serving up alcoholic drinks to those who are 19 or older. A complimentary appetizer bar will be on offer, and while the celebration is open to all ages, anyone who wishes to purchase a glass of wine, beer or a cocktail will be asked to show two pieces of government issued identification.
