Vancouver workshop to teach pizza perfection

Pizza is a popular dish in the Vancouver area, and an upcoming class will teach local residents how to prepare a pizza they can be proud of.

The workshop that is set to take place at the Kitsilano Community Centre will introduce the basics of preparing a Roman-style pizza. People with all levels of experience are encouraged to take part, and Peter Ciuffa, who is a professional cook, actor and pasta maker, will guide the group.

The attendees will use the ingredients supplied to craft a dough that they can take home with them, and for inspiration, they will also be invited to sample different pizza styles for themselves. It will be a hands-on session, and while they have fun working, the attendees can get to know one another. The class is intended for adults only, and it will be facilitated by Pasta Boy Peter, Inc. It will kick off at 10:30 am.

Being part of a cookery class like this may be a lot of fun, and Print shops can be called on to help make the experience even better. They will be able to provide recipe cards, cook Books and other materials for the participants to take with them when they head for home.

This chance to learn how to prepare a perfect pizza will be held on Sunday, February 26th.
