Vancouver workshop to share secrets of Italian cuisine

Italy is well known for its own special style of cuisine, and those who take a seat for a Vancouver cookery workshop will learn how to prepare an assortment of these dishes in the comfort of their own home kitchen.

The participants in the cooking class scheduled for Vancouver’s Posh Pantry will discover just how easy it can be to make authentic Italian meals, and the guest chef for the workshop will be Chef Marzia, who has a wealth of experience. Those who attend the function in person will need to have both their COVID vaccine doses, and the ticket price is $89.

The group will learn the techniques required to prepare two different styles of bruschetta, as well as learning how to make fresh gnocchi from scratch. A lemon cheesecake will round out the meal, and the students will be able to taste test their creations, as well as getting the chance to roll, shape and cut dough by hand.

When getting ready to host a function like this, it can be useful to order recipe cards printed with the dishes that will be prepared. Crafted by Print shops, these may be given to each of the learners so they can easily make the dish at home.

The Cook with Love! Gnocchi Homemade Handmade with Chef Marzia session will take place on September 26th. It will start at 11:30 am at 4548 Hastings Street in Burnaby.
