Members of Vancouver's grocery sector may want to save the date for this year's Grocery & Specialty Food West expo.
The Vancouver Convention Centre East Building is set to welcome this annual event, which has come to be one of the sector’s premier functions. Both retailers and manufacturers will be taking part, and it is set to showcase the latest industry trends.
Whether they sell basic groceries, organic and health foods or other specialty products, grocers who attend the expo will walk away better equipped to guide their company into the future. They can meet with some of the sector’s major players and browse through vendor booths, making connections and networking as they go. Seminars and other learning opportunities will provide them with a sneak peek into what various manufacturers have to offer, and the event is a production of The Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers.
