The Portobello West Spring Market is one of Vancouver’s most anticipated events, and the function will once again welcome shoppers from across the city and beyond.
The pop up style activity, which will be held at the Creekside Community Recreation Centre, will be filled with the wide variety of items that the public has come to expect from this yearly activity. At least 60 artists and makers from across BC will be participating, and admission for adults is $5, with kids being admitted free of charge.
The products that the attendees will be able to browse through range from handcrafted jewellery to art, fashion, home decor, personal care and toiletries and lots more, and safety protocols will be in place for the protection of the shoppers and vendors alike. The function will be open for two days, and tickets may be purchased in advance.
Pop up markets offer an opportunity for area makers and artisans to showcase their talents to the public. A flyer printing company will be able to create materials to distribute to the community to help promote many types of organized events.
The Portobello West Spring Market will be up and running on March 19th and 20th. It will be open from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm on both days, and tickets may be purchased by visiting its online listing.
