Clean water can be an essential part of a community, and a Vancouver gala will seek to raise awareness of the importance of this resource, along with funds to help ensure all Canadians have access to it.
The Vancouver Swim Drink Fish Gala, which is billed as one of the province’s largest annual celebrations dedicated to clean water, will include food, performances and other entertainment.
The occasion, which is expected to draw a crowd of up to 200 guests, will offer a menu of gourmet food and beverages, and some of those in attendance will include notables from the world of sports, arts, business and entertainment. It will open with a cocktail reception hour, and this will be followed by dinner and a show. A live auction is also on the agenda.
An assortment of sponsorship opportunities have been created for the occasion, and all of the proceeds from the evening will be used to help ensure all Canadians have access to water that is swimmable, drinkable and fishable.
